Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of eventrarentals.com and any orders, accounts or requests made through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Rentals are governed by our Rental Service Agreement. If these Terms and the Rental Service Agreement conflict about a rental, the Rental Service Agreement controls.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order or create an account. If you order for a business or organization, you confirm you're authorized to do so on its behalf. Keep your information accurate and up to date.

2. Accounts and sign-in

We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email or mobile number instead of a password. Keep access to that email and phone secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Business accounts

  • A business account requires a business name and a business email address on the business's own domain. Free personal email providers (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook and iCloud) are not accepted.
  • Business accounts receive 15% off rental items on the first paid website order for that business email domain, and 10% off rental items on later website orders.
  • Discounts apply to rental items and their options only. They do not apply to delivery fees, after-hours fees, taxes, damage, cleaning or replacement charges, staff-quoted orders or invoices, and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.
  • Delivery minimums and free-delivery thresholds are measured before the discount.
  • Business accounts are for business, venue and organization events. We may change these discounts, or suspend or close a business account that we believe is misused, at any time.

4. Orders, pricing and availability

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before applicable sales tax and fees. Your delivery fee is based on the driving distance from our Avondale warehouse to your event address.
  • Prices are confirmed at checkout. If anything changes before you pay, we'll show you the updated total first.
  • Delivery and pickup dates and windows you choose are requests until we confirm them. Online delivery orders close two (2) calendar days before the delivery date.
  • Items are subject to availability. If we can't fulfill all or part of an order, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for what we can't provide.
  • We try to keep the site accurate, but errors happen. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund of any amount paid for them.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Square. By paying, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. A card on file is kept as described in the Rental Service Agreement. Cancellations, refunds, deposits, damage, cleaning and late charges follow the Rental Service Agreement.

6. Event requests, estimates and deposits

Event requests and estimate forms are requests for a quote. Nothing is booked until we confirm it and any required deposit or invoice is paid.

7. Text message program

Eventra Rentals order updates. If you opt in, we text you about your order: delivery window, driver on the way and pickup. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 8. Website content

The site and its content, including text, photos, logos and design, belong to Eventra Rentals LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything else needs our written permission. If you send us photos, reviews or feedback, you give us permission to use them to run and promote our business.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes placing false or fraudulent orders, using someone else's payment method or account without permission, interfering with the site or its security, scraping it with automated tools, or using it for anything unlawful.

10. Third-party services

The site relies on third-party services, such as Square for payments and Google for maps. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. Warranties for rented items are governed by the Rental Service Agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventra Rentals LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to. Liability for rentals is governed by the Rental Service Agreement.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Eventra Rentals LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Orders already placed follow the Terms in effect when you placed them.
